Notice of Sealed Bid - Residential Structure

Notice is given to the public that Buffalo County will offer for sale an “as is” basis the residential structure located at 1423, 2nd Avenue, Kearney, Nebraska.

Sale of this residential structure shall be conducted by sealed bids submitted to the Buffalo County Clerk by 10:00 o’clock a.m. on October 24, 2016.  All bids should be in a sealed envelope and marked “Residential Structure” on the outside and addressed to the Buffalo County Clerk, PO Box 1270, Kearney, Nebraska, 68848-1270.  Bids will be opened at the Buffalo County Board meeting on October 25, 2016 at 10:00 o’clock a.m.

Appointments to inspect the structure can be made by contacting the Buffalo County Facility Director Steve Gaasch at (308) 224-0108.  Any building, inspection, demolition, and/or moving permits will need to be handled by the purchaser(s).   The residential structure, if purchased, shall be removed by purchaser prior to May 1, 2017.

Notice to Bidders - Motorgrader

SEPARATE, SEALED BIDS will be received at the regular meeting of the Buffalo County Board of Commissioners, Buffalo County Courthouse, 1512 Central Ave., Kearney, Nebraska until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 11, 2015 for one new 2016 or 2017 Motor Grader to be used by the Buffalo County Highway Department.  Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place.

Specifications and particulars can be obtained from the Buffalo County Highway Department, 9730 Antelope Road, Kearney, NE 68847.

All bids should be in a separate, sealed envelope and marked “2016 or 2017 Motor Grader” on the outside and addressed to the Buffalo County Clerk’s Office, PO Box 1270, Kearney, Nebraska, 68848-1270.

The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
